March 15 - Players must have residence established on or before this date
April 1 - Final date for registration of leagues and acknowledgement of Constitution
April 12 - Holiday Inn, 7:00 PM
April 13 - State Board meeting, 10:00 AM, Eastside VFW, St. Cloud
Submit player questionnaires article 9 parg. C 2009 MBA handbook
(Player must appear in person along with his manager before the State Board for final approval). Player(s) must be approved by their league and State before (he/they) participate in a game.
May 11 - State Board meeting, 11:00 AM, Holiday Inn, St. Cloud
June 15 - State Board meeting, 11:00 AM, Eastside VFW, St. Cloud
June 30 - (League roster meeting) Final date to sign and release players.
July 7 - Final date for the team rosters to be received by MBA Secretary
July 12 - State Board will inspect parks at 2012 Tournament sites; Delano, Maple Lake and Howard Lake.
July 13 - State Board meeting at Maple Lake Legion at 1:00 PM.
July 5-23 - Suggested dates to begin playoffs “B” and “C”.
August 10 - Suggested that Class “B” and “C” champion and runner-up be determined
August 15,16,17,18 - State Tournament Class “B” and “C” Delano-Maple Lake
August 23, 24, 25 - State Tournament Class “B” and “C” Delano-Maple Lake
August 30, 31 - State Tournament Class “B” and “C” Delano-Maple Lake
September 1, 2 - State Tournament Class “B” and “C” Delano-Maple Lake
September 21 - Hall of Fame banquet and old timers reunion, Civic Center, St. Cloud
October 19 - State Board meeting, 1:00 PM, East Side VFW, St. Cloud
League Officers and Commissioners at 4:30 PM, Annual Meeting will follow.
October 19 - Region-Section Commissioners meeting at 3:00 PM, East Side VFW, St. Cloud
October 19 - State Board meeting will follow annual meeting, East Side VFW, St. Cloud
November 23 - State Board meeting, 11:00 AM, Holiday Inn, St. Cloud
