Meeting called to order by President Richter at 11:00 AM
There were 3 dedicated baseball enthusiasts in attendance
Roll call showed that all Board Members were all preseny
Motion Brennan, second Lemke carried to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
It was duly noted that the Old Republic Surety Bond bill was paid
Motion Kreger, second Nagel carried to approve the Land O’Ducks league request for a 5 mile extension for all teams in their league
Motion Nagel, second Brennan carried to approve Joe Gonrowski’s request to play with Hibbing pending Eastern Minnesota North League approval.
Motion Roufs, second Schleper carried to approve Jacob Booden to play with Carver
Motion Forsman, second Lemke carried to approve Steve Edlefson to play with Chaska
Motion Kreger, second Lemke carried to approve Bo Hellquist to play with Burnsville

Stockman’s Irish tournament 6/27-6/30
Arlington & Gaylord tournament 6/14-6/16 and allow non MBA team TCMBA Black Sox, Osceola, WI and Eau Claire, WI to play in said tournament
Elko tournament 5/31-6/1 and 6/2
Motion Nagel, second Kreger, carried to allow Zach Thompson to play with Marshall A’s utilizing the hometown rule
It was duly noted that Tim Martin, Brainerd Bees, requested to change the coaches helmet rule. At this time the Board has opted to maintain the rule as it currently exists which requires anyone coaching either 1st or 3rd base to wear a helmet when coaching.
OLD BUSINESS
NEW BUSINESS Vice President Roufs brought up the fact that a high school all-star team has been put together as the Seattle Mariners Midwest Scout Team. This team will be playing approximately 8 MBA teams this summer as a tuneup for playing numerous out of state tournaments.
